Accommodation: We have secured a number of rooms at the Hilton at a reduced rate but there is lots of accommodation available in and around town. For the Hilton rates, please use the following link
Directions & Parking: Using a Sat Nav? M3 4LQ is the postcode you’ll need and for all other travel information please use this link. http://www3.hilton.com/en/hotels/united-kingdom/hilton-manchester-deansgate-MANDGHI/maps-directions/index.html There is a car park adjacent which charges £15.00 (GBP per 24 hours) or Valet Parking £25.00 (GBP per 24 hours). Again, there are lots of alternative car parks nearby.
Drinks: A pre dinner drink is included in the price of your ticket, but if you require wine or drinks for your table, we will send out a pre-order form with your tickets. Additionally you will be able to order on the evening.
Dress Code: Fresh has a Posh Frock & Sharp Suits policy. No Jeans & Trainers please!
Menu: We will announce the menu in due course. If you require a vegetarian option or have any dietary requirements, please notify carol@freshawards.co.uk at least 7 days in advance of the event.
Tables and Tickets: We don’t charge any more for single tickets or less for tables. Each ticket is £100+vat. In order to guarantee your own table you need a minimum of eight guests and a maximum of 10 guests.
E Tickets will be mailed out around 10 days in advance of the relevant event.
If you have any specific requests or want to sit with a company, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We aim to please!
How do I use my DigiTickets?
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please note that you do not have to print the confirmation out or bring it along to the event with you.
Do you issue refunds?
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds via Digitciket. We may in extreme cases be able to offer a refund.
What happens when I buy a ticket online?
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number, but you do not have to bring this along with you to the event
I don't have a printer...
No need to worry, as you don’t need to bring the booking confirmation with you along to the event.
How long will I be in the activity / event last for?
It depends on which event you have booked for. It’s best to check with a member of the Fresh Team.
What time should I arrive?
We would advise around 7pm as we sit down for dinner at 7.30pm.
Is Car Parking available?
